Asus launches a new ZenFone Go 5.5 variant

Asus has launched a new 5.5 inch variant in the Zenfone Go series which is the budget segment range of smartphones from the Taiwanese company. Zenfone Go 5.5 will be available exclusively on Amazon India for INR 8,499.

The device features a 5.5 inch LCD display with 720p resolution and comes with a Bluelight Filter.  Powering the device is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 410 processor which consists of 4x ARM Cortex A53 cores clocked up to 1.2 GHz. On the memory side we get 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB using a microSD card. On the back we get a 13MP camera with dual tone LED flash and f/2.0 aperture while there is a 5MP camera for the selfies with same f/2.0 aperture. Like other Zenfones, Go 5.5 also features the PixelMaster 3.0 app that has various modes such as Low Light Mode, Manual Mode, Night Mode, Photo Effect Mode, Selfie Panorama, and Selfie Mode.

Zenfone Go 5.5 runs on the ZEN UI 3.0 which is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and has a 3000mAh battery. There are two color variants available – Charcoal Black, and Sheer Gold.
