Hogar Controls is a global home automation brand providing personalized automation solutions for residential, hospitality and commercial establishments. The company is headquartered in the USA but has operations in countries like India, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom. All the products are designed as plug-and-play solutions that provide user-friendly control and can be customized to fit needs of home, office or hotel with ease.
The SmartTouch panels from Hogar Controls not only act as switches but also as elegant touch-enabled dimmers, switches, and scene controllers. These smart panels are engineered to work on wireless standards such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, and Wi-Fi.
Below are some of the products that we got to experience recently in a demo session.
6-in-1 Touch Panel (PRIMA +):
This smart panel features 6 touch switches for multi-functional requirements which include fan speed, light dimmer, and a motion sensor. This panel allows us to control the electrical appliances wirelessly via a smartphone or even with Alexa and Google Assistant on supported devices. Equipped with an intelligent light sensor which enables the panel’s backlight intensity to auto-adjust depending on the level of the room light, adding an additional level of sophistication, elegance, and ambiance to the room.
One Touch Panel:
1 Touch panel, relay or scene controller with a load current of Max 5 Amps. This switch allows to control one appliance and also can act as a two-way switch. This 1 Touch panel features a Heat, humidity and shock proof design too.
4+1 Touch Panel:
The 4+1 Touch panel allows us to use customized actions via four programmable buttons, a two-pin socket, and a USB. The ideal position for this panel would be near a study table or bedside in a room. The four two-way switches can be used either as relays or scene mode, USB to charge mobiles and tablets and an outlet for laptops & other electronic appliances. It is aesthetically designed and available in various colors.
The Pebble:
Pebble is the new remote control switch from Hogar Controls that can be placed anywhere or even can stick on metallic or glass surfaces. It allows us to customize up to 9 scenes such as smart lighting, shading, thermostats, locks, and more with a single touch. Pebble can be used as an add-on switch for any of the smart panels from Hogar controls and is easy to use with a single tap, Double-tap or, Press & Hold.
Video Door Bell:
This one is a must-buy if you are planning to increase the security at home. The video doorbell allows you to trigger lock/unlock sequences remotely and also lets you keep an eye at your door from anywhere in the world. It features 2-way audio capability allowing the user to interact with the person at door through HogarCam HD mobile app. Equipped with night vision and motion sensor, this could be one of the best doorbells available in the market.
All of these above mentioned smart products from Hogar are connected to a hub which is actually the control system. It communicates with all the switches and triggers the actions. Hogar’s Hub is one of the smallest in the market and is again designed aesthetically keeping the customers in mind. All of the products from Hogar do not need any rewiring at all since they are based on the idea of plug-n-play.
