itel Mobile, the company owned by China-based Transsion Holdings is all set to launch a new lineup of mobiles in India by this month end. Transsion Holdings already owns brands like Tecno and Infinix which have launched some devices over the last year. itel also aims to launch few budget phones with features like full-screen display and face unlock.
Sources have reported that the company is also planning to launch the flagship device S42 with great camera features like bokeh mode and face unlock with a price tag under INR 10,000 making it a first in the industry. Apart from these features, the devices are also said to have dual sim support, Android Oreo, 3000mAh battery and slim bezels for the display. All the devices will be offered in variants of 2GB and 3GB RAM like most of the budget phones on the market today.
