CoWorking spaces have been proving to be immensely beneficial to start-ups or individual contributors to work in an organization like environment with the needed support. They also provide a platform for like-minded people to interact, socialize and share ideas. GoodWorkLabs, a boutique Software, and Mobile App Development Company in India and USA has launched their Coworking Innovation hub, GoodWorks CoWork, a design-inspired co-working incubation studio, which is located in the heart of Bengaluru’s Silicon Valley—Whitefield.
GoodWorkLabs started in 2013 is now a multi-million dollar company recording a 500% revenue growth year-on-year and was also ranked as the 5th fastest growing tech company in India by Deloitte in 2016. CEO Vishwas Mudagal and Co-Founder and MD Sonia Sharma have ventured into becoming Angel Investors in 2017 by investing in start-ups across the country and helping to raise the maturity of the start-up ecosystem in India. The company is now set to monitor upcoming start-ups and extend their Thought Leadership to help them grow and will also choose three potential start-ups to invest anywhere between USD $50,000 and USD $200,000.
“The New Year was a great occasion for us to try out something that we have been wanting to do for a long time. It will mark a new beginning, a new chapter in our lives and we hope to give as much as we got from the ecosystem. Bengaluru is a great breeding ground for start-ups and we are extremely excited to provide the best ecosystem for start-ups to succeed,” said Vishwas Mudagal, CEO and Co-Founder, GoodWorkLabs.
The coworking space which is around 3000sqft will enable start-ups to get access to virtual offices, dedicated and private offices, conference & meeting rooms, high-speed internet, 24/7 surveillance, storage units, unlimited beverages, in-house security and maintenance, among others. But the most beneficial part would be the access to technology, marketing, design and PR as well as mentorship from Sonia and Vishwas directly. They will also be able to use the network of both Vishwas and Sonia and get funding for their ventures once the product or service is ready.
“By giving access to core services for entrepreneurs, new and old alike, such as marketing, Accounts & Finance consulting, HR and recruitment, Tech consulting, Design, UI&UX consulting in addition to other facilities, we want to dig deep into assessing and mentoring new entrepreneurs who maybe just have an idea and a business model to support it, but might have limited resources to assess its scalability and growth. Also this will help create a symbiotic ecosystem additionally helping us to choose the startups we can fund” said Sonia Sharma, Founder and Managing Director, GoodWorkLabs.
There are many coworking spaces across Bangalore or even across India but there are very few like GoodWorkLabs that provide working space as well as mentorship and other services to help a start-up grow. So, if you are a start-up or are someone with an idea but unsure if it is business worthy, then here is where contact@goodworklabs.com.
