Following the launch of their flagship device in China, Nubia has launched the smaller sibling in India – the Z17 mini smartphone. The registrations for Nubia Z17 Mini start today from 17.00 Hrs at www.nubiaZ17mini.com while the phone will be available in exclusive partnership with Amazon priced at Rs. 19,999 from June 12th, 2017.
The device follows in footsteps of the flagship device with a 7.5mm metal unibody. There is a 5.2 inch FHD display with Gorilla Glass protection and a high contrast ratio of 1500:1. Under the hood, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that is expandable up to 200GB. The device has a 2950mAh battery with NeoPower technology that ensure two days battery backup with a single charge.
The highlight of Nubia Z17 mini is the dual camera setup at the back which consists of two 13MP Sony sensors (RGB + mono). The camera lens area is protected with sapphire glass for endurance. This camera setup resembles the one on Huawei flagship devices and allows the users to refocus areas in pictures even after capturing. The monochrome sensor captures all the details and combines it with the RGB sensor to produce stunning pictures. Neovision 6.0 offers various options like Portrait mode, 3D photography, Time-shuttle etc. On the front, there is 16MP selfie camera with f2.0aperture, selfie light, and 10 beauty filters to ensure good selfies. The beautify modes can be applied to video calls as well.
