A new update is rolling out for WhatsApp on both iOS and Android platforms which adds support for pdf sharing.
Android users can share pdf documents from their devices by tapping the attachment icon in Whatsapp which will then open the file manager to show available documents. iOS users can attach documents from apps like Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive as there is no concept of file manager on iOS devices.
The update is already rolling out and will be available to the users anytime now. We do hope WhatsApp will add more functionality to this feature by allowing users to share various other types of documents or files.
