Poco X3 NFC with a 120Hz Display and SD 732G announced

After various rumors over the past couple of days, Poco X3 NFC has been officially announced as the latest mid-range offering from the company which is a subsidiary of Xiaomi.

The latest device from Poco features a circular camera module on the back with two vertical lines running across the device. There is also the Poco branding just like other devices launched recently. The device features a 6.67-inch FHD+ LCD screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The screen supports HDR10 and also comes with a 120Hz refresh rate with a 240Hz touch sampling rate.

Hardware:

Under the hood, the Poco X3 NFC is powered by the all-new Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chipset, which is an octa-core processor with up to 2.3GHz clock speed and the Adreno 618 GPU. There is 6GB of RAM and 64GB / 128GB of UFS2.1 storage which is expandable up to 256GB with a microSD card. The phone has a 5160mAh battery with 33W wired fast charging support.

On the connectivity side, Poco X3 includes support for NFC, Wi-Fi 5, and Bluetooth 5.1. There is a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack, and dual stereo speakers. It also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for authentication and runs on MIUI 12 based on Android 10 out of the box.

Camera:

The Poco X3 NFC comes with a quad-camera setup on the back: 64MP primary (Sony IMX682) sensor with an f/1.89 aperture, a 13MP (f/2.2) wide-angle lens, a 2MP (f/2.4) macro lens, and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. For the selfie lovers, there is a 20MP camera with an f/2.2 aperture.

The Poco X3 NFC is available in two variants: 6GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB, and is priced at €229 and €269, respectively. The sale in Europe starts September 8 through September 11. As part of the early bird offer, the phone will be available at a discounted price of €199 and €249 respectively.
